Testimony from Ambassador of México to the United Kingdom
Ms Angeles Ayala's cooking represents the highest quality Mexican food in the United Kingdom. She has delighted my guests in several events of the Embassy of Mexico. In addition to her professionalism and culinary talents Ms Ayala's work is helping to disseminate important modern and traditional aspects of the Mexican gastronomic culture.
Angeles is a business woman dedicated to promoting Mexican food, who has excelled in doing so thanks to her talent as a chef. She preserves the genuine essence and tastes of this sophisticated culinary tradition, working always with ingredients of the highest quality. In doing so, she upholds the standards, quality and ancestral history of Mexican cuisine.
I have made use of her excellent catering services in numerous occasions, such as the series of cultural events called Mexico Through Your Senses; a lunch in collaboration with the Royal Academy of Arts; the Embassy Christmas party; but most importantly, she catered for the reception in honor of UNESCO's declaration of Mexican Cuisine as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. She is the only Mexican chef in the United Kingdom that I would trust for this event.
